This new addition to the Oak Park Community Center is the result of a partnership and the 2018 SSUSA National Cup presenting sponsorship with UC Davis Health. The City of Sacramento and Sacramento Republic FC have also been a big part in helping to execute this project and are committed to making soccer more accessible and connected to the growth of the city. In attendance at the unveiling and ribbon cutting was David Lubarsky, CEO of UC Davis Health, Mayor Steinberg, Ben Gumpert, President of Sacramento Republic FC, and Lisa Wrightsman, SSUSA Sacramento Managing Director.
