On Tuesday, November 15th, Street Soccer USA Sacramento hosted the very first Family Soccer Fest at Oak Park Community Center. They shared the evening with over 180 participants. There were games in the blow up soccer court, juggling contests, soccer bowling, head it catch it, dribbling drills and more! Participants played to earn ticket for time they spent at one of the soccer stations. With the tickets they were able to go to the The Soccer Shop and select an item from the array of donated soccer cleats, shin guards, soccer jersey, soccer socks, and other sweet gear.
It was an incredible evening filled with excitement and joy. Nothing beats watching families walk out of the gym exhausted and proud of all that they had earned and accomplished! We hope this is just a great start to many more quality family and soccer time like this in the future.
